Customer Service Supervisor
Our client, a world class global manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for one of their plants in the Vaughan area.

Responsibilities include:
• Optimize inventory levels to strike a balance between inventory investment and customer
service targets
• Customer warehouse management ensuring optimal inventory levels while eliminating
stock-outs
• Troubleshoot issues affecting inventory integrity
• Process customer returns
• Drive outage elimination / on time delivery initiatives
• Reconcile finished goods consignment warehouse inventory including resolution of scrap
allowance
• KPI Management including root cause analysis and suitable corrective action(s) to
ensure our customers’ needs are met
• Ensure alignment/success with the overall Supply Chain Vision and key objectives
Minimum requirements:
• 3 – 5 Years Automotive Customer Service Supervisor or commensurate experience
• Experience in a repetitive process assembly/manufacturing environment, preferably Tier
1 automotive
• Experience conducting continuous improvement projects, utilizing lean principles and
tools, root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
• Must have ERP/MRPII business systems experience
• Optimize inventory levels to strike a balance between inventory investment and customer
service targets
• Customer warehouse management ensuring optimal inventory levels while eliminating
stock-outs
• Troubleshoot issues affecting inventory integrity
• Process customer returns
• Drive outage elimination / on time delivery initiatives
