In this role, you’ll be a key part of our leadership team—identifying new business opportunities, building strong client partnerships, and helping shape the future of our services. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading sales and marketing efforts in your region
• Developing and executing strategic sales plans
• Building pricing models and negotiating contracts
• Researching market trends and identifying new opportunities
• Leveraging your network to generate leads and referrals
• Collaborating with our social media team to extend our reach

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of staffing industry experience in a sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A strategic mindset with a passion for growth
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• A self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented approach
