Customer Service Supervisor

What is critical for them is that they need someone who has been employed as a Customer Service Supervisor with a manufacturing company. Minimum Requirements
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Supervisor with a manufacturing company
• Leading continuous improvement projects in the customer service department
• Must have ERP experience
• Process customer returns
• KPI Management to ensure that customers are satisfied

Responsibilities:
• Optimize inventory levels
• Customer warehouse management ensuring optimal inventory levels
• Troubleshoot issues affecting inventory integrity
• Process customer returns
• Drive outage elimination / on time delivery initiatives
