Dual Ticket – Electrician/Millwright

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Brampton who needs to hire a Dual Ticketed Electrician/Millwright for a straight afternoon (250pm – 1050 pm) or straight night shift (1050pm – 650am). What is critical for them is that they need someone with robotic experience as well as automated vision equipment. To attract the best candidates, my client is offering a competitive pay rate (Starts at $43.40 and after 12 months progresses to $45.51/hr), a good benefits program (100% employer paid) and a pension program.

Afternoon premium is 70 cents per hour. Night premium is 85 cents per hour.

This role is 100% on site.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Having a valid Millwright (433A) and Electrician (309A or 442A) license from the Ontario College of Trades
• 3 years of experience working with robots and vision equipment in an high speed manufacturing company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make repairs on vision equipment.
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on equipment
• Demonstrated understanding and competence with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic (including PLCs) systems
• Familiarity with safety devices on all machines and devices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
