Facilities Supervisor

Job Title: Facilities Supervisor
Location: Vaughan-area, ON

Our client, a global leader in automotive parts manufacturing, is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor for their Vaughan-area facility.

Requirements:
5–10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Industrial Electrician/Mechanic license or equivalent technical certification
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with robotic systems, PLCs, and automated production equipment

Responsibilities:
Oversee facility maintenance and manage preventative maintenance systems
Coordinate with contractors for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
Maintain parts inventory and manage procurement of critical spares
Support project planning and act as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor
Ensure continuous improvement of facility operations and PM effectiveness
