Facilities Supervisor

Our client, a global leader in automotive parts manufacturing, is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor for their Vaughan-area facility.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Industrial Electrician/Mechanic license or equivalent technical certification
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with robotic systems, PLCs, and automated production equipment

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facility maintenance and manage preventative maintenance systems
  • Coordinate with contractors for HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Maintain parts inventory and manage procurement of critical spares
  • Support project planning and act as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Ensure continuous improvement of facility operations and PM effectiveness
