Maintenance Supervisor

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Vaughan who needs to hire a Maintenance Supervisor. What is critical for them is that they need someone who has been employed as a Maintenance Supervisor and you have been employed at some point in your career with an automotive manufacturing company. This role is 100% on site.

Minimum Requirements

• Having at least 2 years of work experience as a Maintenance Team Lead or Supervisor
• Previous maintenance experience with an automotive manufacturing company

Responsibilites

• Ensures that machines are working to standard
• Ensure that tradespeople are redirected to address issues as they arise
• Ensures that there is adequate supply of MRO inventory
• Having staff work on predictive or preventative maintenance
• Develop departmental KPI’s
• Participate in the daily production meeting and provide support to the production team
