Master Scheduler / Production Planner

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Newmarket who needs to hire a Master Scheduler / Production Planner. To be considered, you will need work experience as a Master Scheduler or as a Production Planner with an automotive manufacturing company. This role is 100% on site and will require you to be on the shop floor for the majority of the work day.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience as a Production Scheduler or as a Production Planner while being employed with an automotive manufacturing company
• Good knowledge of MRP processes
• Good knowledge of Bill of Materials and Engineering Change process

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Production Scheduling
• Coordinates production planning and capacity planning
• Assists with coordinating engineering changes on the shop floor
• Enters data into the ERP system to manage inventory as needed
