Millwright

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Markham who needs to hire a Millwright. The role will be primarily on the day shift (6am – 2pm). However, if the business requires it, you may be asked to work on an afternoon shift (1pm-10pm) or on a weekend, To be considered, you will need to have a valid 433A Millwright License and ideally, the ability to weld

This role is 100% on site

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Having a valid 433A Millwright License
• Experience repairing CNC Machines
• Able to weld with gas and electrode an asset and use a MIG Welder

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment
• Read diagrams and drawings to determine work procedures.
• Install and dismantle industrial machinery
• Maintaining accurate records
• Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner and prioritize the workload
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance tasks are followed and completed
