Skills & Qualifications

  • Payroll certification
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Business, HR or Accounting
  • Experience: 3-5 years of payroll administration within a manufacturing facility
  • End to end payroll experience
  • Very strong Excel skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create reports and analytics
  • Payroll for salaried and hourly for up to 500 employees
  • Deduction management ie RRSP
  • Payroll Systems maintenance
