Work Setting: On site
Shift Schedule:  Days. Would need to be flexible to come to work when emergencies arise
Location Details: Aurora, On

 

Responsiblities:

  • Responsible for the daily production within the plant
  • Examines key performance indicators and communicates with the team their success. Also communicates area for improvement.
  • Participates in daily production meetings, employee development and employee retention
  • Ensures that everyone works in a safe manner
  • Overall responsibilities for delivery performance, scrap and rework

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Senior Production Supervisor or as a Production Manager while being employed with an automotive manufacturing company
  • Experience with tracking efficiencies and downtime and it’s effect on daily production
  • Experience with: SPC, MSA, APQP, FMEA, PPAP
  • Experience with stamping and/or welding processes
