Production Supervisor Day Shift

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Cambridge who needs to hire a Production Supervisor who has metal fabrication experience overseeing welding lines. Work Setting: On Site

Location Details: Cambridge
Shift Schedule: M – Friday (6am – 2pm)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Production Supervisor  while being employed with a low volume metal component manufacturing company where you oversaw welding lines
• Experience with tracking efficiencies and downtime and it’s effect on daily production
•Experience with: ISO, Lean manufacturing

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the daily production within the plant
• Examines key performance indicators and communicates with the team their success. Also communicates area for improvement.
• Participates in daily production meetings, employee development and employee retention
• Ensures that everyone works in a safe manager
• Overall responsibilities for delivery performance, scrap and rework
