Production Supervisor – Day Shift

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the Aurora area who needs to hire a Production Supervisor for a straight day shift. What they are looking for is someone who has been employed as a Production Supervisor with an electronics manufacturing company.

 

Work Setting: On site
Shift Schedule:  Day Shift
Location Details: Aurora, On area

 

Responsiblities:

  • Ensures that the team always work with a safety first mentality
  • Trains new employees to ensure that they are successful to hit targets and produce quality parts
  • Maintains time and attendance for employees
  • Schedules staff to equipment as per the production schedule
  • Ensures that 5s standards are enforced and maintained
  • Leads progressive discipline, when necessary

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Production Supervisor with an electronics manufacturing company
  • Experience overseeing a team of at least 30 people
