Program Manager

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the Richmond Hill area who needs to hire a Program Manager. They are looking for someone who has tier 1 automotive experience as a Program Manager and more specifically, within a stamping facility.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineering Degree or Diploma. Preference for someone who has their P.Eng or is pursuing it
  • Previous experience as a Program Manager with a tier 1 automotive manufacturer that has stamping presses
  • Experience with product design and development
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare quotes and coordinate design changes for new and existing programs
  • Effectively maintain all documentation including APQP and PPAP
  • Manage timelines and address all issues as it pertains to the program
  • Ensure all costs stay within budget
  • Represent the company during program launches
  • Develop new business with existing customers; pursue new business with other companies
