HCR Permanent Search is currently recruiting for a Recruiter to join our team

This is a full-time, remote position offering the flexibility to work from home. To be considered, you must bring strong recruitment experience and a passion for connecting top talent with long-term career opportunities.

Work Setting:
Remote

Shift Schedule:
Days, with flexibility to work outside regular business hours when needed

Location Details:
Southern Ontario. Vehicle Required to attend on site as needed.

Responsibilities:
Source candidates creatively through the company website, social media platforms, and job boards
Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent placements, ensuring strong candidate–client alignment
Collaborate closely with HCR Managers and participate in regular virtual meetings
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Maintain accurate documentation within Microsoft 365 and ATS systems
Support continuous improvement within the recruitment process
Represent HCR with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Strong full-cycle recruitment skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work outside standard business hours when required
Proven multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft 365 and experience using an ATS
Preference for candidates with Manufacturing or Industrial recruitment experience
