HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Mississauga who needs to hire a Tooling Designer. To be considered, you will need 3 years of work experience designing Progressive or Transfer Dies. This role is 100% on site and is a part of the corporate office.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering
- 3 years of work experience designing progressive or transfer dies
- Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCad
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design new progressive or transfer dies
- Create BOMs and detailed drawings
- Interact with production and clients as it pertains to die development
- Manage timelines for various projects
