Are you a skilled Welder/Fitter who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? Join a team where your expertise matters! You’ll work on challenging projects, interpret detailed blueprints, and deliver high-quality weldments that meet exact specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Fit, weld, and finish components based on detailed schematics and blueprints.
• Perform tacking, burning, and layout checks to ensure accuracy.
• Handle intricate fabrications and assemblies with precision.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Maintain attention to detail and strive for maximum efficiency.
• Follow all safety regulations and keep your workspace clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong math skills and ability to use measuring/testing equipment.
  • Proficient in torch cutting, grinding, and manual/semi-automatic welding.
  • Able to weld with GMAW & GTAW to required specifications (Carbon Steel).
  • Ability to pass AWS weld tests (Flat/Horizontal Fillets & Groove) on various materials.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret complex blueprints.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
