Position Summary:

The Production Associate will support with the mold making department in the fabrication and assembly of molds used in production. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry or similar hands on trades. The successful candidate will use hand and power tools, interpret blueprints and perform detailed craftsmanship work while maintaining high quality standards.

Shift Schedule:

Day shift: 7:30am-3:45pm

Location Details:

Mississauga. Access to public transportation.

Qualifications: Position qualifications may include but are not limited to:

• Completed high school diploma (or equivalency)
• Clear criminal background
• Prior construction or renovation experience
• Ability to stand for 8 hours, with repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 50lbs)
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle material and tools for 8 hours a day
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure quality and attention to detail in all work performed
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Exposure to CAD software and or CNC machinery
• Experience working with fiberglass, silicone, urethane, or metal materials
