Position Summary:

 

Our client, Magna International, has  opening for Warehouse Compliance Coordinator in the location of  Woodbridge.

 

Day shift: 6 am-2 pm

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Transfer Order Process:
    • Coordinate the transfer order process between plants and the distribution center.
    • Verify adherence to the pick transfer order process using audit reports.
    • Provide guidance to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the transfer order process.
  • Cancelation of Work Order Process:
    • Oversee and ensure compliance with the defined process for canceling work orders.
  • Weigh Scale Process:
    • Ensure compliance with scale activities for work centers, returns, and component splitting.
    • Provide guidance to improve the accuracy and efficiency of weigh scale processes.
  • Manual ASN Process:
    • Ensure manual ASN processes align with D365 processes.
  • Inventory Adjustment Process:
    • Audit inventory adjustments to ensure compliance.
    • Perform cycle count audits on various exception reports.
  • Packaging BOMs:
    • Liaise with packaging designers to ensure packaging BOMs and associated units of measure are accurate.
    • Audit R-Card movements to ensure compliance with min/max levels.
  • Other Tasks:
    • Work closely with logistics leadership to verify process adherence and recommend continual improvements.
    • Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and material handling equipment.
    • Improve the efficiency and accuracy of material movement between plants.

 

 

Knowledge/Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Must be able to work independently and work effectively with the team when required
  • Must have a high attention to detail
  • Lift Truck and Scissor License
  • Must be able to sift through data, find discrepancies and implement fixes
  • Data entry skills
  • Organizing and planning skills
  • Able to deliver tough messages without causing damage
  • Proficient in related computer software including Microsoft Office
  • Flexible work hours as overtime may be required

 

Experience:

 

  • Experience working with ERP Systems
