Millwright

Our client, a world class global manufacturer, is looking for a Millwright for one of their plants in the Vaughan area. They are looking for a licensed 433A Millwright who has experience repairing high speed automation equipment.

Work Setting: On Site

Shift Schedule: Afternoons. Needs to be flexible to work days when required.

Location Details: Vaughan, Ontario

Responsiblities:

• Repair and maintain all equipment and machines within the building to ensure the efficient, safe operation of all machinery with the shortest downtime
• Plans long-term repairs to be completed during planned downtime
• Timely completion of repairs indicated on work orders
• Completes all PM tasks on equipment by due dates and makes the necessary suggestions to improve PM effectiveness
• Modifies machinery and equipment as directed

Qualifications:

• Industrial Millwright License 433A
• 2 years’ experience with manufacturing equipment and maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with highly speed automation equipment
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics
