Millwright

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Newmarket who needs to hire a Millwright. They are open to hire on any shift. To be considered, you would need experience working as a Licensed Millwright in the Province of Ontario and have experience troubleshooting stamping presses with an automotive manufacturing industry.

Work Setting: On site
Shift Schedule:  They are flexible for days or afternoons or nights

Location Details: Newmarket, Ontario

Responsiblities:

• Minimizes downtime by working with production to ensure that equipment is working properly.
• Follow the preventative maintenance schedule and ensures that documentation is completed
• Repairs production equipment as well as general building maintenance
• Communicates with colleagues on the next shift to ensure that they know what needs to be worked on

Qualifications:

• A valid millwright license for the Province of Ontario (433A)
• Previous experience troubleshooting industrial stamping presses or weld robots while working for an automotive manufacturing company.
