Maintenance Team Leader – Day Shift

Our client in Toronto needs to hire a Maintenance Team Lead to join them on the day shift. They are looking for someone who has experience as a licensed 433A Millwright, troubleshooting stamping presses and/or weld robots while being with an automotive manufacturing company.  They will consider someone who is senior in experience and is looking to take that next step in their career.

Work Setting: On Site

Shift Schedule: Days. Responsive to off shift issues as they arise.

Location Details: Toronto

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to the maintenance department
• Perform repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This would include stamping presses
• Perform repairs on welding and automation equipment
• Update the CMS system in a timely manner
• Participate during shutdown periods
• Ensures that everyone works in a safe manner

Qualifications:

• 433A Millwright License
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Licensed Millwright
• Experience working in an IATF 16949 certified facility
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience troubleshooting stamping presses that are least 600 ton and/or weld robots
• Experience troubleshooting low voltage electrical issues
• Owns your own tools
